HOME RANCH STYLE Floor Plans Options	The Victorian is done in 95% reclaimed lumber, door, and windows. All styles are tyvek wrapped, fibreglass insulated in the walls, EPS insulated in the ceiling, wired, and plumbed to international code. The interior floors are Long Leaf Pine, as is the sleeping loft, wainscot, and ceiling. the Period Cypress windows keep the original charm of the house and will last for decades. The interior trim will be fancy as will the door and window hardware. The kitchen and bath will be done with cast iron porcelain sinks and other period features. We offer several variations of heating and cooling, from wall units to central air and heat. Kitchens can include a RV size stove/oven, small refrigerator, and a sink. We have a wide variety of windows, doors, and hardware to choose from at our parent store.
